BAANYAN SOFTWARE SERVICES in Kolkata is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our US IT Staffing team. Fresher or experienced candidates will generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth during the night shift.

You will use cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other job portals, coordinate with recruiters, and target US work authorizations. Graduation is required, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in night shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Identify requirements and submit suitable consultants within deadlines.
• Coordinate with recruiters and consultants for availability, interviews, and onboarding.
• Work on job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements regularly.
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive fresher or experience in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US market during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Identify requirements and submit suitable consultants within deadlines.
• Coordinate with recruiters and consultants for availability, interviews, and onboarding.
• Work on job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements regularly.

• Good knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
