FCS Software Solutions in Noida is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / BD Executive to drive growth in the US staffing market. You will identify new clients, build long-term relationships, and coordinate with recruitment to deliver qualified candidates.

Freshers with BD/Sales exposure or internships are welcome. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, and the role demands meeting sales targets with US night-shift timings.

Qualifications

• Freshers with up to 6 months BD or Sales exp acceptable.
• Fresher with relevant internship eligible.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales persons to drive business growth in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring direct clients, developing long-term business relationships, and generating new staffing opportunities across IT and Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new direct clients/ tier 1/ prime vendors in the US staffing market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Required Skills

• Freshers can apply if they have 06 months of experie nce in Business Development (BD) or Sales.
• fresher with a relevant internship, you can still be a suitable candidate for this role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of US clients is an added advantage.

• Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)- Mon to Friday
