Job summary

Unidus Decor seeks a dedicated professional in Delhi to drive growth in the Government Sector for acoustic wall and ceiling solutions and metal ceiling systems. You will engage with CPWD, NBCC, PMCs, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project inclusion and successful tenders.

Responsibilities include leading RFP/RFQ follow-ups to closure, addressing queries, and maintaining long-term government accounts with top-tier service and timely responses.

• Engage with key stakeholders in government departments, CPWD, NBCC, PMCs, D&B firms, and consultants for project inclusion.
• Ensure product positioning in List of Makes, BOQs, and specifications for upcoming tenders and public works.
• Lead follow-ups from RFP/RFQ stage to final sales closure, including liaison with consultants and technical evaluators.
• Track and pursue de-spec opportunities where competitor brands may be replaced.
• Conduct and participate in mock-up presentations, site discussions, and bidding meetings.
• Present technical solutions for issues related to noise, echo, and maintenance in public spaces.
• Address product, design, and installation queries and coordinate internally to deliver timely responses.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key government accounts and ensure high service quality and follow-through.
