Job summary

Dipole Tech Innovations is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive online bidding and secure IT project opportunities from international clients. The role requires IT bidding experience on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and strong communication to convert leads into projects.

The position is full-time at MOHALI (WORK FROM OFFICE) with five working days per week and a work-from-office environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required; immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in online bidding on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer for web design, digital marketing, web development, software development, and mobile apps development.
• Experience handling international clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with development team to manage projects.
• Ability to convert leads into projects.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client requirements.
