Sri Ramadas Motor Transport is seeking a Business Development professional in India to expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with agents and customers. The role involves regular field visits, verification of stocks and records, gathering feedback, and pursuing new business opportunities.

The candidate will handle customer complaints, ensure timely payments, and prepare routine business analysis reports to guide growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years experience in business development in any road transport industry
• Local territory knowledge
• Must speak local language
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop business through regular contacts with Customers & Agents
• Visit allotted Agent Offices as per schedule for verification of stocks & records, etc.
• Visit Customers for new business, service feedback and follow-up for further action
• Attend for Customer complaints and resolve
• Follow-up for payments, recover the dues from Customers
• Prepare & submit business analysis report
