About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Offline Marketing) to strengthen Elance Learning's offline outreach initiatives. The role focuses on building relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and external partners to generate quality student leads and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills, with a passion for engaging with students and educational communities.
Key Responsibilities
- School & College Outreach
- Identify and visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to establish and maintain
strong relationships.
- Build rapport with principals, placement officers, faculty members, and student coordinators.
- Generate opportunities for institutional collaborations and student engagement activities.
- Session Planning & Execution
- Coordinate with institutions to schedule career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and
awareness programs.
- Conduct engaging presentations to students, highlighting Elance Learning's programs and
career opportunities.
- Ensure smooth execution of sessions while maintaining high levels of audience engagement.
- Lead Generation & Data Collection
Collect student databases through institutional visits, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Generate high-quality leads and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions/sales team for timely follow-up and lead conversion.
- Referral & Partnership Development
- Identify and onboard education consultants, referral partners, and agents to expand the
organization's outreach network.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners to drive consistent
student referrals.
- Monitor partner performance and support them with promotional materials and updates.
- Reporting & Community Coordination
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports covering visits, sessions, leads generated,
and referral partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and execution of outreach
activities.
- Build and manage student communities through follow-ups and engagement initiatives.
- Events & Brand Visibility Support
- Assist in planning and executing educational events, exhibitions, career fairs, and promotional
campaigns.
- Represent Elance Learning during institutional events and external marketing activities.
- Support offline branding initiatives to improve market presence and awareness.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Confidence in conducting seminars and public speaking.
- Good negotiation and networking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for institutional visits and events.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant
discipline.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, admissions, sales, or
institutional partnerships.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel are
encouraged to apply
