Qualifications

• Experience bidding on Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Guru and similar portals for IT projects.
• Proven ability to draft proposals and bid for Web and Mobile Development projects.
• Experience communicating with clients in US, UK and Australia.
• Strong lead generation and outreach capabilities.
• Effective cold calling and outreach skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit competitive proposals on online portals for IT projects.
• Gen­erate leads and conduct outreach to potential clients.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements and scope.
