Job description

We are looking for motivated and energetic freshers to join our team as a Business Development Executive. You will help us find new clients, communicate with them, and grow our IT services business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential projects and partnership leads aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Generate business via portals like PPH, Guru, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Email marketing, direct clients, or using any other new site like Clutch or Apollo.io.
• Bringing new projects through social media channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project proposals, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the organization’s project portfolio and partnership network.
• Manage the project estimating activities.
• Monitor projects on a regular basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing the issue resolution process and monitoring the progress of all aspects of the development.
• Understand the functional and technical requirements of the application.
