Job summary

Rozgoo is seeking a Business Development Executive in Baner, Pune, to drive outbound BD and engage enterprise technology decision-makers interested in AI-native product engineering and AI transformation. The role is on-site (WFO) with 1–3 years of experience preferred.

You will build ICP-based prospect databases using web research, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels to identify and engage potential customers and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of BD experience.
• Outbound BD to engage enterprise tech decision-makers.
• Interest in AI-native product engineering is a plus.
