1. Market Visits & Lead Generation

• Conduct regular market visits and footwork activities within assigned territory
• Visit project sites, builders offices, architects, consultants, and contractors
• Identify new business opportunities and upcoming projects
• Build relationships with Builders, Architects, Site Engineers, and Consultants
• Maintain continuous follow-up with prospective clients

2. Project Information Collection

• Collect all project-related details during site and client visits
• Understand project scope, requirements, timelines, and specifications
• Gather information related to elevations, materials, quantities, and execution requirements
• Identify decision makers and key contacts for the project
• Update all collected project information to reporting manager

3. Client Requirement Understanding

• Interact with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements
• Understand client expectations regarding systems, finishes, timelines, and pricing
• Clarify doubts and collect complete project requirements before quotation stage
• Coordinate with clients for site measurements and project discussions whenever required

4. Drawing Collection & Coordination

• Obtain detailed drawings, plans, elevations, and specifications from clients/consultants
• Ensure all required drawings and project details are collected properly
• Coordinate with design team for preparing BOQ, drawings, and quotations
• Provide complete project inputs to design and estimation teams for accurate costing

5. Quotation Submission & Follow-up

• Coordinate internally and obtain quotations from design/estimation team
• Submit quotations to clients within defined timelines
• Explain quotations, specifications, and scope details to clients if required
