Job summary

Quartz Decor & Interiors in Chennai is seeking a field sales professional to drive market visits, lead generation, and customer engagements for lighting and interior projects.

You will qualify opportunities, support quotations, negotiate with retailers and contractors, and help close orders while maintaining CRM and market insights; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, govt.contractors, lighting manufacturers, and key decision-makers to develop new business opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through field visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Understand customer requirements and support quotations, negotiations, project discussions, and order closures.
• Achieve the assigned monthly sales revenue target through new business, repeat orders, and bulk/project opportunities.
• Maintain CRM updates, submit field and sales reports, and provide management with customer, competitor, pricing, and market insights.

Role & responsibilities

1. Market Visits & Business Development
