Job summary

Graticare Technologies in Bengaluru, India, seeks an energetic Field Sales professional to drive growth in healthcare IT solutions such as PACS, DICOM Viewer, Mini PACS, and teleradiology. You will identify, approach, and close deals with diagnostic centers, hospitals, and imaging facilities.

The role requires 24 years of experience in field sales/B2B, strong communication, and a readiness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales.
• Experience in healthcare IT, medical equipment, pharmaceutical sales, diagnostic services, or medical software will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and lead-generation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, radiologists, hospital administrators, and diagnostic centre owners.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, networking, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for product demonstrations, installations, and client onboarding.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
