TRAINEDGE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD,INDIA is seeking a candidate for a full-time position in Agra/Jaipur to learn and contribute to US staffing sales and business development processes.

You will generate leads via email marketing, LinkedIn, and cold calls, coordinate with US clients and internal recruitment teams, and assist in understanding requirements and submitting candidates. CRM maintenance and routine reporting are essential parts of the role.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings).
• Basic knowledge of sales or recruitment is preferred.
• Goal-oriented with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and MS Excel.
