Job description

Position: Business Development Associate (Intern)

Type: Internship

Location: Work From Home

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 INR per month ( ₹5,000 bonus on each 1 Lakh worth of business generated for the company)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.

Requirements

• have prior internship experience in same or similar role
• Good communicationand interpersonal skills.
• Confidence to talk to clients over calls and emails.
• Interestin sales, client interaction, and market research.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Hubspot/Zoho/Excel.) and Go High level is plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
• Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
• Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
• Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
• Research andidentifypotential leads and new business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
• Maintain CRM records and track communication.
• Reach out to prospects viaemails, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms.
