Job summary

PyraMed Telemedicine - A unique health-tech portal is seeking a proactive tele-calling coordinator based in Mumbai. The role involves outbound calls to hospitals, clinics and doctors to introduce services, as well as handling incoming inquiries and coordinating follow-ups.

You will also manage customer relations, support daily office operations, collect and clean data from sources, maintain lead databases, and draft communications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Tele-calling: Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics and doctors to introduce our services, follow up on leads and fix appointments.
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries.
• Customer relations: Build and maintain good relationships with clients, answer their questions, resolve issues on time and follow up regularly.
• Office operations: Look after daily office work such as correspondence, scheduling, filing, coordinating with vendors and keeping basic records.
• Data management: Collect data from websites, directories and other online sources (data scraping/research), then clean it, organise it and keep it up to date.
• Reporting: Keep call logs, lead lists and client databases up to date, and prepare simple daily and weekly reports in Excel.
• Documentation: Draft letters, emails, quotations and presentations as needed.
