Airtribe is seeking a Business Development Executive to engage with learners, understanding their goals and guiding them toward the right programs. You will own the journey from first conversation to enrollment, delivering a consultative, outcome‑driven experience.
You will manage end‑to‑end conversations, handle follow‑ups, objections, and build relationships through calls and events, contributing insights to product and marketing.
1–2 years (Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development)
Airtribe is an AI-first upskilling platform for working professionals. From Product Management to Backend Engineering, our programs are designed around real-world use cases, AI tools, and hands‑on learning.
We work with instructors from companies like Microsoft, Meta, Razorpay, Coinbase, Gojek, and Uber, and have helped 5,000+ professionals accelerate their careers.
Backed by Better Capital, 640 Ventures, and Kunal Shah, we’re building a fast‑growing learning platform focused on real outcomes.
At Airtribe, Business Development is not about pushing sales. It is about helping working professionals make the right career decisions.
As we scale, the volume of learners and conversations increases, but maintaining trust, clarity, and quality in each interaction becomes harder.
This role exists to ensure that every learner interaction is thoughtful, consultative, and outcome‑driven, not transactional.
As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with learners to understand their goals and guide them toward the right programs.
You will own the journey from the first conversation to final enrollment, ensuring clarity, trust, and a strong learner experience throughout.
In the initial phase, your focus will be on understanding the product, learner personas, and running effective conversations.
Over time, you will be expected to improve conversion quality, handle more complex conversations, and contribute to refining sales processes and playbooks.
Based on performance, this role can evolve into owning larger pipelines, mentoring junior team members, or moving into high‑impact sales or growth roles.
This is not a script‑driven or transactional sales role.
We are not looking for someone who pushes for closures. We are looking for someone who understands learners, builds trust, and helps them make the right decisions.
At Airtribe, Business Development is about building trust and driving meaningful outcomes, not just closing deals.
