Key Responsibilities:

• Drive aggressive new client acquisition across IT & Non-IT staffing, including GCC, Advisory, Consulting, Technology, BFSI, Analytics, and allied domains
• Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and billing targets
