Post a Resume is seeking a seasoned Government Tendering and Business Development professional to identify tenders on GeM and e-procurement portals, prepare technical and commercial documents, and manage the end-to-end bid process.

The role involves liaising with government departments, consultants, and authorities, building relationships, and driving business in WTP, STP, pumping station projects, and SITC-based executions.

Formación

• Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tendering process and documentation.
• Experience in SITC projects (Electrical & Mechanical).
• Familiarity with GeM / Government portals is a must.
• Experience 5–10 years; minimum 3–5 years in Government Tendering.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and track government tenders (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.)
• Prepare and submit tender documents. (technical and commercial)
• Handle complete bid management process from identification to submission.
• Liaise with government departments, consultants, and authorities.
• Develop business in WTP, STP, and Pumping Station projects.
• Manage SITC-based project execution coordination.
• Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
• Build strong relationships with government bodies and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience: 5 to 10 Years (Minimum 3 to 5 years in Government Tendering).

Industry Exposure: WTP / STP / Pumping / Infrastructure

Education:

• Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of tendering process and documentation.
• Experience in SITC projects (Electrical & Mechanical).
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with GeM / Government portals is a must.
