Who are we looking for?

• Experience & Expertise: 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced eCommerce, internet, or retail environment with hands‑on on‑ground sales experience (mandatory).
• Education: Preferably a Master’s degree in Sales or a related field from a Tier 1 institute.
• Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of both hunting and farming sales techniques.
• Process Excellence: Skilled in process reengineering and driving operational efficiency.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, people management, and interpersonal skills with a strategic and hands‑on approach.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and manage remote sales teams.
