Job summary

Cars24 in Gurgaon seeks a data-driven professional to own cross-functional projects from requirements to launch and post-launch tracking. You will collaborate with Business, Product, Tech, Operations, CRM and Marketing to turn insights into action.

You will analyse funnels, track metrics, perform UAT for features and APIs, build trackers and SOPs, and drive automation to reduce manual work while solving issues through root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Fresher or up to 1 year internship/work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and business metrics.
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs and integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional projects from requirements to launch and post-launch tracking.
• Work closely with Business, Product, Tech, Operations, CRM and Marketing teams.
• Track timelines, dependencies, blockers and drive actions to closure.
• Analyse funnels and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support customer communication journeys across CleverTap, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Conduct UAT for features, workflows, APIs and process changes.
• Build clear trackers, SOPs, process flows and project updates.
• Identify manual processes and drive automation opportunities.
• Solve operational and product issues through structured root-cause analysis.
