Job summary

Workassist in India is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end branch operations, including account opening, transaction processing, cash management and clearing activities. You will supervise vault operations, ATM reconciliation, and cash balancing while ensuring RBI, KYC/AML compliance and risk controls are in place.

The role focuses on maintaining service quality, auditing processes, and driving improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction across the branch

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end branch operations, including account opening, transaction processing, cash management, and clearing activities.
• Oversee vault operations, ATM reconciliation, and cash balancing processes.
• Ensure smooth functioning of branch operations and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor branch productivity and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, and internal banking regulations.
• Monitor operational risks and implement effective control mechanisms to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate and manage internal, concurrent, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory and operational standards.
• Supervise customer service operations and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure adherence to operational SLAs.
• Drive customer-centric initiatives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
