Job summary

Naukri E-hire is seeking a Branch Manager to drive branch performance and growth in Thane. You will manage lending, deposits, cross-sell and revenue targets while strengthening relationships with NTB and high-net-worth customers.

You will lead the branch team, oversee daily operations and ensure service quality, compliance with RBI rules, and robust risk controls. Strong leadership and banking expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years BFSI/banking experience.
• Significant Branch Banking/Branch Management exposure.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business including CASA/deposits and lending to hit targets.
• Acquire and deepen relationships with NTB, HNI and key customers.
• Lead and manage the branch team to ensure productivity and targets.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and customer service quality.
• Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, KYC/AML and audit controls.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch business, CASA/deposit mobilization, lending, cross-sell and revenue targets.
• Acquire and deepen relationships with NTB, HNI and key customers.
• Lead and manage the branch team, ensuring productivity and achievement of targets.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, customer service and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, internal policies, KYC/AML, audit and risk controls.
• Monitor branch MIS, business performance and take corrective actions to improve profitability.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth, compliant branch functioning.

Key Requirements

• 7–15 years of BFSI/banking experience, with significant Branch Banking/Branch Management exposure.
• Strong experience in CASA, deposits, lending, sales and branch business growth.
• Proven team leadership and customer relationship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, compliance, audit and risk management.
