Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp is looking for a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional to drive customer acquisition in the assigned area. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and nurture relationships to generate gold-backed secured loan business (Suvarna).

You will provide doorstep service, support end-to-end loan processing, and act as a bridge between customers and the branch. Emphasis on relationship management and cross-selling insurance while meeting daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured loans (Suvarna).
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to the potential customer base to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to BBM.
• Nurture and develop excellent relationships with Referral Partners / Connectors.
• Activate referral partners for new business and manage end-to-end loan processing.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
