Job summary

CSB Bank in Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced Branch Operations Executive to oversee daily branch activities including cash, vault, ATM, and ledger reconciliations while ensuring strict adherence to KYC/AML, RBI and audit norms.

The role partners with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience, implements process controls, tracks metrics, and supports audits. Graduate with banking certifications are preferred; 3–9 years of branch operations experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 9 years in branch operations.
• Graduate degree; banking certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run daily ops controls (cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD and reconciliation).
• Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements.
• Ensure accurate account opening/KYC with CKYC uploads and documentation quality.
• Track service metrics (TAT, FTR, complaints) and implement RCA-based fixes.
• Prepare for audits/inspections; maintain records and resolve observations on time.
• Cross-sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all new customers.
• Train frontline on process updates and compliance requirements.
• Inventory management of customer Deliverables and gold loan packets.

Education

Banking certifications (JAIIB/CAIIB) preferred
