Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in branch banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the branch's service scores and daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to process, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Authorize and check System inputs for customer transactions.
• Oversee branch lobby and customer queue management.
• Manage cash within branch limits, including FX and TCS.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for account openings.

Branch Operations Manager - Branch Banking

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the Service Scores of the branch.
• Responsible for management of day to day operations of the branch.
• Ensuring strict adherence to process, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Timely authorization and checking SO/SDO/RO System input for customer transaction / Service Request.
• Branch lobby and customer Queue management.
• Managing cash (including FX and TCS ) is within branch limit.
• Customer complaints management and ensuring resolution of all complaints within TAT.
• Be responsible for the AML & KYC compliance of the various account opening forms submitted to CRP/ RPC.
• Minimum work Exp. 4 Years.
• Ability to guide and monitor his / her reportees.
• Only local candidates will be preferred.
