Job summary

CSB Bank Ltd. in Kerala is seeking an experienced Branch Operations professional to oversee daily operation controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver superior customer service. The role emphasizes accurate KYC, audit readiness, and proactive fixes to service metrics.

You will coordinate with frontline staff, implement digital banking activations, and handle documentation quality. Relevant banking certifications are preferred, with 3–9 years of branch ops experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate with basic banking operations knowledge.
• 3–9 years of branch ops experience or similar.
• Banking certifications preferred, such as JAIIB/CAIIB.

Responsibilities

• Run daily ops controls (cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD and reconciliation)
• Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements
• Ensure accurate account opening/KYC with CKYC uploads and documentation quality
• Track service metrics (TAT, FTR, complaints) and implement RCA-based fixes
• Prepare for audits/inspections; maintain records and resolve observations on time
• Cross-sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all new customers
• Train frontline on process updates and compliance requirements
• Inventory management of customer Deliverables and gold loan packets.
