Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Nagpur to oversee daily branch operations including cash handling, clearing, account openings, and service requests. The role ensures adherence to KYC/AML, RBI and audit norms, and partners with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.

You will manage daily ops controls, ensure accurate KYC with CKYC uploads, track service metrics, prepare for audits, and drive cross-selling of insurance/investments while activating digital

Qualifications

• 3 to 9 years (branch ops)
• Graduate; Banking certifications preferred
• Experience level: Mid Level

Responsibilities

• Run daily ops controls (cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD and reconciliation)
• Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements
• Ensure accurate account opening/KYC with CKYC uploads and documentation quality
• Track service metrics (TAT, FTR, complaints) and implement RCA‑based fixes
• Prepare for audits/inspections; maintain records and resolve observations on time
• Cross‑sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all new customers
• Train frontline on process updates and compliance requirements
• Inventory management of customer Deliverables and gold loan packets.
