Job summary

Aarthik Solutions LLP in Surat, Gujarat, is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Executive to manage day-to-day branch operations within BFSI and financial services.

You will coordinate with Sales, RM, Accounts and Head Office, handle KYC and onboarding, maintain MIS reports, and ensure adherence to SOPs while keeping stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in BFSI or financial services operations.
• Practical understanding of KYC, documentation and client onboarding.
• Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to independently manage branch operations and take ownership.
• Clear and professional communication skills.

The role is suited for professionals with prior experience in the BFSI and financial services industry, particularly those who have worked with stock broking firms, wealth management companies, mutual funds, insurance, NBFCs, lending, or financial distribution organisations.
