Job summary

Can Fin Homes Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a dedicated professional to manage day-to-day branch operations for the housing loan business, ensuring smooth processing from application to disbursement.

You will handle customer service, verify documents, coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal and other teams, and maintain accurate records and MIS reports while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA / Finance / Banking preferred.
• 310 years of experience in Branch Operations, Housing Finance, Home Loans, NBFC, Banking, or Retail Lending.
• Candidates with prior experience in home loan/housing finance operations will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of home loan documentation, KYC, property documents, loan processing, and disbursement procedures.
• Strong understanding of branch-level operational activities and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Good working knowledge
• Strong attention to detail with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and meet defined turnaround times.
• Should be reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a target- and deadline-oriented environment.
• Candidates from Housing Finance Companies, NBFCs, Banks, or Mortgage/Loan Processing organizations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations for the housing loan business.
• Handle customer service and resolve queries related to home loan applications, documentation, disbursement, and repayments.
• Verify and process home loan application forms, KYC documents, income documents, property documents, and other supporting documents.
• Ensure all loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, Collections, and Head Office teams for smooth and timely processing of housing loan cases.
• Coordinate the sanction, documentation, and disbursement process for home loans.
• Follow up on pending documents, legal/technical reports, agreements, and other requirements for timely loan disbursement.
• Maintain accurate customer records, loan files, registers, system entries, and branch documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to branch operations and loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Handle post-disbursement documentation and ensure proper maintenance of loan records.
• Coordinate with customers for document submission, pending requirements, and operational queries.
• Support EMI/repayment-related customer requests and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining operational efficiency, customer service standards, and branch compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and loan-related information.
