GIPS Consultancy invites applications for a Branch Banking Leader role based in Delhi. You will own all branch objectives, supervise daily operations, and drive profitability by achieving targets and cross-selling CASA, Demat and Credit Card products.

You will also lead a result-oriented team, ensuring superior customer experience for HNI clients within the Preferred segment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong product knowledge, people management, and a solid track record in branch

Qualificações

• Own all branch banking objectives and overall branch supervision.
• Ensure achievement of branch targets by generating business and cross-sell.
• Product knowledge based sales in CASA, Demat, and Credit Cards.
