Job summary

GIPS Consultancy is seeking an experienced Branch Team Lead to manage and grow the branch's profitability by onboarding HNI customers into Preferred Banking and by driving cross-sales and product knowledge.

You will lead a target-driven team and ensure the achievement of the overall branch targets by promoting CASA, Demat and Credit Card products, thereby strengthening relationships and long-term profitability.
