Job summary

Skillventory in Raipur, India, is seeking a Branch Sales Lead to drive targets in Housing Loans and LAP. You will manage end-to-end sales from prospecting to timely disbursement and mentor Relationship Managers and Loan Officers.

You will build networks with local DSAs, builders, and connectors, implement local marketing and BTL campaigns, and oversee portfolio quality by monitoring delinquencies and ensuring KYC and underwriting compliance.

Implement local marketing and BTL (Below-The-Line) campaigns to drive market penetration.
Monitor early delinquencies and manage NPA (Non-Performing Asset) resolutions.
Ensure strict compliance with KYC, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory frameworks
