Tata Capital Finance Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager for Micro Finance operations on the Dighwara Main Road. The role focuses on achieving disbursement targets while controlling delinquencies and expanding market reach through JLG-based lending.

The ideal candidate will lead a team across territories, manage client relationships, and ensure weekly/daily collections targets are met. Freshers up to 5 years in microfinance sales are welcome with basic MF understanding.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher to max 5 yrs exp as a sales officer in microfinance preferred.
• Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.
• Identify JLGs and disbursed loans for target customers.
• Develop and manage teams across territories for deeper market penetration.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management with weekly/daily collection targets.
• Conduct field visits, centre meetings and review loan applications.
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, non-starters, delinquencies and frauds.
• Build strong client relationships and brand in the market.
• Undertake regular center visits and meetings.

To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency Identifying Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies. Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach. Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas. Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time. Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applican ts Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds. Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers. Ensuring weekly / daily meetings & visit to centre Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
