Tata Capital Finance Ltd is hiring a Branch Manager for Retail MFB - Sales in Virudhunagar. You will lead a team to achieve disbursement targets with minimal delinquency and drive microfinance growth.

The role requires managing disbursement, collections, and portfolio quality while building strong client relationships and a recognizable brand in the region.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher to up to 5 years in microfinance sales preferred.
• Basic understanding of microfinance and JLG model working preferred.
• Strong relationship management and sales skills required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve disbursement targets with minimal delinquency.
• Identify Joint Liability Groups and oversee disbursed loans for target customers/geographies.
• Develop and manage a sales team across assigned territories for market penetration.
• Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions and opportunities for expansion.
• Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management with daily/weekly collections targets.
• Closely follow up on disbursed loans, especially those delinquent.
• Conduct regular field visits, centre meetings and loan applicant screening.
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, non-starters, delinquency and frauds.
• Build strong client relationships and brand identification with customers.
• Conduct weekly/daily centre visits and meetings; freshers up to 5 years in microfinance sales.

To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency. Identifying Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, to suit the target customers and geographies. Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach. Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas. Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly collections targets. Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time. Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting and loan applicants Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds. Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers. Ensuring weekly / daily meetings & visit to centre Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
