Branch In-Charge

Act as a profit Center Head for the branch Manage the Branch in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration. Build a high Quality Loan portfolio Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance Manage Administrative smooth functioning of the branch Develop more channels for sourcing business in UCV penetration by building strong relationship with DSE/Dealership PDD tracking for loan disbursed Monitor and manager manpower at branch as per capacity Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
