Job summary

Aye Finance is seeking a Branch Leader/Manager in Maharashtra to drive loan sales, achieve revenue targets, and maintain asset quality under RBI NBFC guidelines. You will supervise branch operations, disbursements, and cost controls to maximize profitability while leading and developing the local team.

Responsibilities include community outreach, timely repayments, handling customer queries, and ensuring high service standards for clients across Satara and surrounding areas.

• Oversee timely loan repayments and recovery efforts.
• Minimize NPAs and manage delinquency rates.
• Manage day-to-day administration and workflow.
• Control operating expenses to maximize branch profitability.
• Oversee loan processing, documentation, and disbursement coordination.
• Hire, train, and mentor branch staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and motivate the team.
• Manage staff scheduling and maintain high team retention.
• Ensure RBI guidelines and NBFC policies compliance.
• Act as local point of contact for audits.
• Mitigate operational, legal, and reputational risks.
• Provide high standards of client service.
• Handle escalated customer queries and dispute resolution promptly
