Job summary

Quotient Consultancy in Mumbai seeks an Area Sales & Branch Operations Manager to oversee Sales, branch operations and administration across the region.

You will build a high quality portfolio for the area, drive branch productivity, ensure RBI and regulatory compliance, mentor Branch/Cluster Managers, and lead field visits to source and collections while ensuring staffing and training of the team.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Area in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
• Build a high Quality portfolio for the Area
• Responsible to Achieve targeted for the Branches in the Area.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed of the Area
• Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Branch
• Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results
• Hand holding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers to achieve desired targets
• Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection
• Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
• To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
• Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
• Responsible for training team members on product & handhold
