Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience including team leadership in retail banking.
• MBA preferred; graduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth.
• Drive service excellence, quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption.
• Maintain cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping.
• Achieve strong audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches.
• Plan manpower, coach staff, and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor P&L levers (yields, fees, cost-to-income) and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability
• Drive service excellence, ensure quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption
• Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping
• Achieve strong audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
• Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
• Monitor P&L levers (yields, fees, cost‑to‑income) and execute corrective actions.

Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years ((incl. team leadership)
