• Job Location: Rajasthan North Area
• Years of Experience: 6–12 Years
• Reports to: Cluster Branch Manager
• Direct Reports: Deputy Branch Manager, Branch Staff
• Team: Branch Sales Manager and Sales Officers (no separate Regional Head Sales Structure)

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Administer and efficiently operate a full-service branch office including lending, product sales, customer service, and security & safety in line with the bank’s objectives.
• Drive business development and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Provide superior customer relations and promote a sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation.
• Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and account relationship retention.
• Maintain the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the financial year, preparing and tracking product (liability, assets, and fees) wise.
• Conduct weekly/monthly reviews for outbound and inbound sales.
• Prepare and review the monthly activity calendar of outbound activities for Branch Sales Manager/ Sales Officers on a weekly basis.
• Ensure proper onboarding of all new customers acquired.
• Cross-sell products (e.g., 3 products per customer within 90 days of account opening) with new and existing customers.
• Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss plans and agenda for employees.
• Track inflow and outflow of reports (account closures, account openings, Fixed Deposit renewals/closures, etc.) to generate daily business.
• Maintain customer relationships through sourcing and onboarding processes.
• Monitor Daily Sales Report (DSR) regularly.
• Manage leads through SFA software.
• Segment customers within branch catchments to increase the Journal‑Ledger base.
• Build capability and manage manpower.
• Branch Profitability:
  • Ensure growth in Net Interest Income (NII).
  • Increase fee income.
  • Optimize OPEX to reduce operational costs.
  • Manage cost of cash holding at branch.
• Brand Administration:
  • Adhere to standardized branch guidelines.
  • Keep the branch spic and span in adherence to FIVE S norms.
  • Ensure availability of necessary infrastructure.
