Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Karnal is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business objectives, and mentor Sales & Operations teams. You will oversee regulatory compliance, service quality, and basket growth while ensuring branch productivity and staff performance.

The ideal candidate has graduation, strong banking knowledge, and proven branch management experience. Leadership and customer-first focus are essential to meet targets and deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory; PG/MBA preferred.
• Relevant experience in team handling and in-depth banking knowledge.
• Proven branch management experience as a bank manager or in a similar role.

• Achieving Business Objectives for the Branch in terms of Value, Productivity, & Volume Metrics.
• Revenue Generation through Sales of CASA, Assets, TPP of MF / LI / GT etc. through varied Bank Channels.

• Ensuring Quality Parameters across Service Span and Other Deliverables.
• Manage Overall Productivity & Moral of Branch Personnel.
