Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of experience including team leadership.
• Graduate degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability
• Drive service excellence, ensure quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption
• Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping
• Achieve strong audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
• Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
• Monitor P&L levers (yields, fees, cost-to-income) and execute corrective actions.
