Job summary

CSB Bank in India is seeking an experienced Banking Leader to drive liabilities and assets growth, third‑party revenue, and branch profitability while ensuring audit‑ready operations and strict KYC/AML adherence.

You will build a high‑performing team, deepen relationships with priority customers, supervise service excellence, and promote digital adoption.

Experience of 6 to 12 years with Graduate degree, MBA preferred; role includes planning manpower, coaching staff, and monitoring P&L levers.

• Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability

• Achieve strong audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
• Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
• Monitor P&L levers (yields, fees, cost‑to‑income) and execute corrective actions.
