Overview

Manage daily operations of the branch, focusing on customer service and sales, and make improvements to ensure smooth functioning and full utilization of resources. May include add-on responsibilities such as marketing campaign support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely outreach to assigned queries, regular follow-ups, and satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns for immigration services.
• Strategize the team to achieve sales targets by breaking down monthly targets into weekly targets for the products handled by the team; report to the overseas sales.
• Meet individual targets assigned by the head office and support the team to meet their targets.
• Enhance overall productivity by ensuring continuous engagement during working hours and retaining the team.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities by reaching out to assigned leads and through team efforts including cold calling.
• Set up meetings with potential clients for yourself and help team members close their deals to meet targets set by head office.
• Serve as a resource to students, parents, immigration clients, and others regarding study abroad programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews with the team and guide them in areas for improvement.
• Share weekly sales performance and forecasts for the upcoming week for yourself and the team.
• Coordinate post-sign-up activities with the concerned person.
• Work closely with the Zonal Manager for general and smooth branch functioning.
