Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and profitability.
• Drive field marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor field marketing to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads converting to business.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
• Ensure accurate valuation of gold ornaments pledged at the branch with weight and purity checks as per policy and compliance.
• Act as joint custodian of the vault with safekeeping of pledged securities.
• Keep NPAs in check through proactive follow-ups for interest collection.
• Plan and coordinate branch activities to maintain cohesive teamwork and smooth operations.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and train staff with timely performance feedback.
• Prepare branch performance reports and take actions for growth.

Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj finance limited

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD''s, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance

Required Qualifications and Experience
