Job summary

Supra Pacific Financial Services in Goa seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations, customer service, collections, and team coordination.

You will assist in loan processing, documentation and verification, monitor collections, maintain MIS reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and help with customer acquisition and local market development, including field work when required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience in NBFC, banking, gold loan, microfinance, or financial services preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of branch operations and collections.
• Ability to coordinate a team and manage customer relationships.
• Willing to do field work when required.
