Job summary

Mahindra Finance seeks an experienced Branch Manager to drive performance through loan sourcing, disbursement, portfolio growth, and profitability.

You will manage branch operations, compliance, and risk controls while coaching the team to achieve targets and improve productivity, monitor delinquency and collections to maintain asset quality.

Building strong customer and dealer relationships with DSAs and local stakeholders will sustain long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experienced NBFC/banking professional with branch management exposure.
• Strong leadership and business development with proven sales targets.
• Good understanding of credit, collections, and compliance to manage profitability.

• Monitor portfolio quality and collections by controlling delinquency, supporting recovery efforts, and maintaining healthy asset quality.
  
• Build customer and channel relationships with dealers, DSAs, customers, and local stakeholders to generate sustainable business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experienced NBFC/Banking professional with exposure to branch management, lending operations, and team handling.
  
• Strong leadership and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales and portfolio targets.
  
• Good understanding of credit, collections, and compliance with the ability to manage branch profitability and asset quality effectively.
