Skillventory in India is seeking a Branch Manager to drive Gold Loan growth, achieve disbursement and AUM targets, and oversee branch operations including gold valuation, KYC and compliance.

The role requires leading a team to enhance sales, customer acquisition and portfolio quality while monitoring collections and branch profitability.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Gold Loan/NBFC/Banking.
• Strong experience in gold loan sales and customer acquisition.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business targets.
• Good local market knowledge and leadership skills.

• Good local market knowledge, communication, relationship management and leadership skills.
