Job summary

• Drive Investment/Deposit mobilization and meet branch targets.

• Drive Gold Loan business, including sourcing, renewals, and customer acquisition.
• Promote and achieve targets for Insurance products.
• Monitor branch performance, team productivity, collections, and compliance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and RBI guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with 3+ years of experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience in Investment/Deposit mobilization and sales preferred.
