Job summary

Skillventory in India is seeking a Branch Sales Lead to drive growth in Home Loans and Loan Against Property. You will lead and develop a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and sales executives to achieve disbursement, login, and sourcing targets.

APIs will focus on building relationships with customers, builders and channel partners, while monitoring the loan pipeline, credit approvals, and documentation to ensure policy compliance and portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch-level business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property.
• Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and sourcing targets.
• Manage and develop a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and sales executives.
• Generate business through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Build relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
• Monitor the loan pipeline, credit approvals, documentation, and disbursements.
• Ensure portfolio quality, minimize delinquencies, and maintain policy compliance.
• Track team productivity, conduct regular reviews, and ensure achievement of business targets.
