The ideal candidate has 2+ years in loan sales within BFSI, strong lead generation skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan sales or BFSI.
• Experience in Group Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans or Personal Loans preferred.
• Strong lead generation and business development skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a loans team.
• Target-oriented with good business development skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of local market and customer acquisition strategies.
• Willingness to travel for field work.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills.

• Prepare and submit regular business and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and management for branch business development.
